Let me start out by saying I could careless what OS people use. Although I choose a mac my brother for instance loves his pc. To each his own I say.
However, I did want to post this new I’m a Mac, I’m a PC commercial from Apple since it does point out something that has so far been buggin the shit out of people since Vista was released last week.
Some other Vista failures can be seen in a previous article I wrote called Windows Vista - Did Microsoft Copy Mac OS X ?
The commercial is also a little funny considering Bill Gates finally defended Microsoft and lashed out at Apple’s ad campaign last week while on his Vista World Tour. Gates said he couldn’t understand what Apple was saying and that his computers OS is way more secure and better designed than any mac. Most would disagree with both those statements, but again to each his own. I think we’re about to see the gloves come off again between Apple and Microsoft as we did back in the 1970’s and early 80’s.
If you are however going to give Windows Vista a try, here is a step by step guide of everything you need to know about upgrading to Windows Vista.
Once you’re ready to buy or upgrade your PC to Windows Vista simply choose the version that’s right for you and buy.

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic, Full Version

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic, Upgrade

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium, Upgrade

Microsoft Windows Vista Business, Full Version

Microsoft Windows Vista Business, Upgrade

Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade, Limited Signature Edition
Or simply buy a Mac and run the most advanced and secure operating system in the world. Plus, you can now also run Windows on a Mac. Why not have the best of both world’s?

iMac 17-inch 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Here’s the commercial…

Very nice article. I haven’t seen that commercial on TV yet, so it was quite funny seeing it on your website!
I haven’t upgraded to Vista yet, and I’m not too sure that I want to either. I’m waiting for all of the bugs to be worked out, just like what I’ve done in the past. It’s sad that we aren’t able to safely adopt the newest OS from Microsoft without worrying about such problems.
