    1. There is no demo page for your theme

    2. Why are you selling Gardner's theme's on your theme's page?

    3. How are you allowed to sell his sports theme, repacked as a gambling theme? All you did was replace the stars on the bulleted lists with spades, made a new logo and replaced his defualt ad, and added a little box with tables under the enews and updates area… Wonder how he'd like to find out about this?

I imagine these comments will never make it on the page, but I hope you guys have a little arrangement worked out. I mean, man, that's shameless if not. I don't care what you do, get your money however you want, do what you gotta do, your secret is safe, but damn man.

    Hello,

It's called Brian Gardner's Revolution Affiliate Program!

I just read your comments about Brian Gardner's themes on my site and you need to get your facts straight before you go accusing anyone of anything. I'm one of Brian Gardner's good friends and work hand in hand with him on numerous projects daily and also talk personally with him daily. I'm also his #1 affiliate and offer the themes on my site to not only make myself some money, but also to help promote his product. If you read my articles about the themes I give all credit to Brian Gardner and again am one of his good friends and business partner's.

As for our gambling theme… Brian gave us permission to customize it and sell it on our own and we (some of the top gaming affiliates in the world) then promote it.

Although I think your intentions were probably good, I think you need to stop and simply send a nice email and inquire about it. Or you could have simply emailed Brian from his site and he would have explained it to you.

By the way… same thing goes for the Essence Themes.

  4. nodeom, thanks for looking out for me, but Bryan is right. I did give him permission to use the theme in his own project. I don't allow something like this in general, but since he's a good friend, I let him do it.

  5. Bryan Hauer says:

Thanks Brian! Of course this tool doesn't even bother apologizing. Just like most online hit and run losers he uses a fake domain and email and then doesn't have the balls to admit when he was wrong. People should take these idiots out back and well… you know.

    Bryan

This guy won't stop posting comments even after Brian Gardner tried to tell him we work together on projects. I'm just going to delete them since he keeps using a fake email address. Even tried sending him two emails at the beginning to simply explain it and clear the air, but for some reason he just doesn't understand it.

One last time… I'm friends with Brian and work on various projects with him. I sell his themes as his affiliate along with hundreds of others. Just like Apple, Best Buy, Target, Walmart and many others have affiliate programs. Same thing. He gets most of the profit and I make a little. Most of all I'm helping out him as a friend. All the links and themes go through his affiliate program where he gets the money.

Guess I just don't know how to spell it out anymore than that.

    Bryan

  7. If there's anything that peeves me more than spam, it's people who think it's fine to be vulgar to others online – especially when they proceed to do so on someone's very own website.

Anyway, just thought I'd say hey to both you and Brian while I was here. I'm launching a new site and absolutely love SilverEssence!

Keep up the great work guys!
