Why I Dumped Comcast Yesterday And My Hopes For The New Apple TV
September 1, 2010 by Bryan Hauer · Leave a Comment
While the new Apple TV announcement today didn’t quite have the “wow” factor we were all hoping for it did lay the groundwork for what’s hopefully coming soon. Yesterday my roommate and I decided we were done with Comcast. We just couldn’t justify paying an extra $100/month for some HD channels and HBO. Although we… [Continue Reading]

My Prediction For The 2010 Minnesota Vikings

I saw this video on YouTube titled ‘I Got A Feeling – Vikings Song’ last year just before the NFC Championship game vs the New Orleans Saints and with just about 10 days till the Vikings and Saints meet again to kick off the NFL season opener I thought I’d post it again as the video still rings true. What do I expect from the Vikings this season?…[Continue Reading]

Here are some pics of me and friends out in Minneapolis this summer. Although I hate the winters here in Minnesota I have to admit the summers just can’t be beat. This summer in particular has been a blast. Lots of new friends and some much needed life changes were made which at the time were tough to get through, but in the end have been a true blessing.
This summer has been filled with lots of sun and fun. Tennis, biking, pool parties, concerts, festivals, Lake Minnetonka and lots of Uptown patios have been the norm…[Continue Reading]

AT&T Screws Up iPhone 4 Launch

Tell me if you’ve heard this story before? Now two years later we have a similar problem. As Apple and AT&T online stores started…[Continue Reading]

April 19, 2010 by Bryan Hauer · Leave a Comment
Gizmodo released pictures and video today of what they call proof that they have a lost 4th generation Apple iPhone and go as far as to say there’s “very little possibility it’s a fake.”
The iPhone in question was apparently found in a bar in Redwood City, CA… [Continue Reading]

My name is Bryan Hauer and I was born on January 11, 1976 in St. Paul, MN. Although my friends liked to kid me about it I am no relation as far as I know to the actor Rutger Hauer.
I grew up mostly in Minnesota and Wisconsin as I attended grade school in St. Paul, MN and junior high and high school in Racine, WI. After graduating high school I then went on to attend college in LaCrosse, WI.
Although I was born in Minnesota and lived there and Wisconsin most of my younger years, I've also lived in quite a few other states.
